Draft privacy policy for Relish to review before launch.

Relish Delux respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

1. What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address when you order or contact us.
• Your delivery address, or your car and registration when you choose To my car.
• What you order and any notes you add, such as allergies.
• Basic technical information (cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work).

2. Why we use it

To prepare, deliver or hand over your order, to contact you about it, to answer your messages and to keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information. We only send marketing messages if you ask to receive them.

3. Who sees it

Our staff and drivers, our website host and, where needed, payment providers. Each only receives what they need to do their part.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Messages and account details are kept while they are useful to you, and deleted on request where the law allows.

5. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
