Draft terms for Relish to review before launch.

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Relish Delux, 136 Jan Smuts Avenue, Parkwood, Johannesburg 2193 ("Relish", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is no longer available or the address is outside our delivery zones); you will not be charged for anything we cannot supply.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Menu prices on this website may differ from prices on Uber Eats or Mr D. Payment is made by card or cash when your order is handed over, unless an online payment option is shown at checkout.

3. Delivery, collection and To my car

Delivery zones, fees and times are set out in our delivery policy. Times are estimates. Risk in the food passes to you when it is handed over.

4. Food information

All our food is certified halaal. Photos are for illustration and dishes may look slightly different. Our kitchen handles common allergens; tell us about allergies before you order. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of trace allergens.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled as set out in our refund policy, which does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Use of the website

Content on this website belongs to Relish and may not be copied for commercial use. We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always online.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
