Delivery Policy

Draft policy for Relish to review before launch.

Relish delivers with its own drivers to the suburbs around Parkwood, 24 hours a day. You can also collect at the counter or have your order brought to your car on the forecourt.

1. Where we deliver and what it costs

• Up to 3 km (R25): Parkwood, Rosebank, Parktown North, Riviera, Saxonwold, Parkview, Dunkeld, Parkhurst, Greenside, Westcliff, Forest Town, Dunkeld West, Killarney, Hyde Park, Emmarentia, Illovo, Craighall Park, Birdhaven, Houghton Estate
• 3 to 6 km (R40): Craighall, Parktown, Melrose, Victory Park, Melville, Melrose Arch, Norwood, Sandhurst, Melrose North, Linden, Blairgowrie, Auckland Park, Atholl, Braamfontein, Highlands North, Orange Grove, Sandton
• 6 to 10 km (R60): Northcliff, Wynberg, Ferndale, Randburg, Morningside, Bryanston

Delivery is free on orders over R450. The minimum order for delivery is R100.

2. Delivery times

Most orders arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. At busy times, in bad weather or for large orders it can take longer; we will WhatsApp you if your order is running late. You can also choose a later time slot at checkout.

3. At the door

Please give a correct address, complex or gate code and a phone number the driver can reach. If the driver cannot reach you after 10 minutes, the order returns to Relish and may still be charged.

4. Collect and To my car

Collection orders are kept at the counter for 30 minutes after the chosen time. For To my car, park in a bay on the forecourt and WhatsApp us your order number; a team member brings the order out.

5. Delivery apps

Orders through Uber Eats or Mr D are delivered by those apps under their own terms, fees and delivery areas.
